我们是北京大学管理咨询协会（Consulting Association of PKU, CAP）。



目前，我们协会每年一度隆重的招新计划已重磅推出！作为本学期的新起点，我们为
大家带来本学期的第一场专题讲座：“成就咨询梦想”——暨北京大学管理咨询协会201
2招新宣讲会。本次宣讲会上我们将会公布CAP的招新流程细节。同时，协会特邀韬睿惠悦
咨询公司（Towers Watson）的人才与奖酬高级咨询总监—— Lucille Yang 杨露女士与
大家分享她在咨询行业的从业经历，并会与同学进行互动交流。另有麦肯锡、BCG、Hay
Group等国际咨询公司的倾情助阵，期待你们的到来！

in Towers Watson－Ms. Lucille Yang to share with us her work experiences in
the world’s top consulting firm. Then, we will have a Q&A session to let stu

About Us

We are a group of PKU students with great passion towards management consulti
ng and eager to excel in the crowd. Our vision is to become a professional el
ite consultancy in south PKU.



Our Honors

Consulting Association of PKU was awarded as the top 10 student association i
n PKU Shenzhen Graduate School in 2010.



Our Advantages

Professional Training: Through secondary research, case analysis, report draf
ting and presentation, we aim to improve CAPers’ structured thinking skills,
problem-solving skills and communication skills. It’s a very important part
in our routine activities. Currently, the training is project oriented – th
at is, every training event will be organized as a project with a project lea
der. The training content all depends on project members’ interested researc
h areas. We will conduct industry research, together with case study and benc
hmark analysis

Hands-on Consulting Projects: CAP has served and is now serving as an externa
l consultancy for many companies. We have some real consulting projects at ha
nds. By “CAP Mentor Program”, new members will be coached by old members. A
ll participants in a specific consulting project will get paid according to h
is/her involvement and contribution to the project.

Abundant Social Resources: CAP has a good cooperation with Harvard Business R
eview – “CAP & Harvard Business Review” Competition of Business Model Anal
ysis has become a symbolic event of CAP; We are also strategic cooperation pa
rtner and practice base of many consulting firms include Mercer, Aon Hewitt,
Towers Watson and so on; Outstanding CAPers have built a powerful internship
network for CAP.



Career and Internship

Our graduated CAPers remarkably win better engagement than the average gradua
tes in university town: such as former CAP president – Leon He. Now he is wo
rking as an investment banking analyst in Nomura International (Hong Kong) Co
Ltd.
